IHC-Tek Antibody Diluent pH 7.4, Ready To Use, 100 ml

IHC-Tek Antibody Diluent is a ready-to-use PBS-based formulation at pH 7.4 for diluting primary and secondary antibodies used in IHC, ICC, IF, and whole-mount staining. The formulation is intended to support staining intensity while helping reduce background and can eliminate a separate serum-blocking step in the described applications. It contains no preservative, allowing use with HRP-conjugated antibodies. Because of the inhibitory effect of phosphate on alkaline phosphatase, this diluent should not be used with alkaline phosphatase-labeled antibodies.
