The IHC-Tek Epitope Retrieval Steamer Set combines an electronic steamer with the staining accessories and retrieval solution needed for steaming-based antigen unmasking. The package includes two EZ-Quick staining dishes and two racks, each holding 24 slides, for a total capacity of 48 slides, along with 500 mL of IHC-Tek Epitope Retrieval Solution and a user manual. The steamer operates at 95–98 °C and provides a settable steaming period of up to 60 minutes. The system is designed for retrieval of membrane, cytoplasmic, and nuclear antigens on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded sections.
