AutoTiss One is a compact, lightweight semi-automated tissue microarrayer intended as an upgrade from manual TMA punching. It provides computer-guided positioning and planning while allowing tissue cores to be arranged into recipient blocks using customized holders and programmed protocols. Automatic punch-area selection, a graphical user interface, and tissue database functions support repeatable workflow management. The system handles one donor block and one recipient block and supports punch sizes from 0.6 to 2.5 mm.
