Following a thorough wash in distilled water, fixed tissue will be dehydrated through graded ethanol, cleared in xylenes, and then impregnated and embedded in paraffin.
Remarks
- A quotation is required before placing an order.
- The investigator needs to provide fixed tissue.
- We use various types of paraffin with the melting point ranging from 50-56°C. The investigator may choose the type of paraffin for a particular purpose.
