How to Order

• Orders are accepted by e-mail, fax, or telephone:

• The following information should be included with each order:
  • Catalog number and description of product or service
  • Quantity of product or service
  • Shipping address
  • Billing address
  • Purchase order number (VISA and MasterCard also accepted)

• Order confirmations are not required. If a phone order is followed by a written confirmation, please mark the page clearly with "confirming order" to avoid duplicate shipment.  

Conditions of Sale 

• Prices are based on F.O.B. shipping point. Shipping charges will be prepaid and added to the invoice. All prices are quoted in US dollars and subject to change without notice.
• Terms are net 30 days to domestic accounts with approved credit. VISA and MasterCard are also accepted.  

Shipping & Delivery

• Domestic orders are shipped within 24 hours of acceptance via UPS Second Day Air. Items in dry-ice are shipped by UPS Next Day Air.  
• For international orders, we will issue a pro forma invoice which is requested to be prepaid before product will be shipped. The order will generally be shipped within 24 hours upon receiving a purchase order or credit card authorization form via UPS Express.

Returns

• Before returning any item, please call for return authorization. 

Limitations and Liability

• All products are for research use only, and are not intended for diagnostic or other uses.
• We are not liable for the misuse of products nor for any claims not listed in the company literature.
• The liability of using our services or products is limited to refund only.
